First I want to thank everyone that reads my post. I am trying to get back into a routine on writing on a consistent base again. I had an awesome time with my family during the Thanksgiving day and weekend. Seeing my nieces and interacting with them give great meaning to the verses in Matthew 18:1-5 saying,
18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them 3 and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.4 Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.5 “Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me,
Without the child set mind, we start to get jumbled up with the adult mindset and lose track that is ok to enjoy the little things in life that are fun. For example, going to the zoo or sitting in a swing and keep trying to see how high you can go. There is nothing in the law that says you have to do everything as an adult and not have fun. In Proverbs 15:13 it tells us,
A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart, the spirit is crushed.
What makes you glad do it! Do not let fear take the joy out of you. I have always believed if you go through life without joy you will live a sad miserable life. Who wants to be a grinch all their life and not have fun. I sure do not want to.
as you go through today enjoy what you do for a living and never stop to remind yourself that He has you in the place you are in life for a reason. We might not agree with it and always want better, But he will provide for us and care for us.
