As I write today I have been giving God everything in my life. As I have been listening to K-love and hearing that if we have fear in our life we are not giving Him everything in our life or trusting Him in all things. I am personally have been going though a job change. I am still a security guard but have a new post. Having to drive a little further has giving time to to think of where He wants me to go. Me and Jennifer are taking on each day as we are going though life difficulties and are Giving Him everything. How do you deal with fear?
What dose the bible say about Fear?
We need to know that when we are born God had everything planed out and even knows the number of hairs on our head. As we read in Isaiah 41:10 He tells us “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. “ It is very comforting to know that fear needs to be wiped out of our life and that is not what God wants in our life. Another good verse to keep in your heart is Psalm 34:4 where it says “I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.” As we go to Him in prayer and reading His word we will not have fear build up in our life. The last one that I want to share is Isaiah 43:1-3 It summs things up by saying “But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.” If that is not powerful words of wisdom I do not know what would be. What are some of your fears and why have you not given to Him?
As you go though the rest of the day ask God for guidance and wisdom on issues you have in your life and let Him show you where to go with the situation. I am continue to pray for you and hope you are having a great summer.
