Living life and putting out fires in it.

A quick update one me. I will be going in for a second surgery today. It will be an outpatient and will be home the same day. I am blessed to have my parents take me this morning and feel the love from my family and friends.

I know I have done a post about living the life in the fast lane and sometimes feel that way. Just when you thought you have caught up something else comes up. Or you have a fire that happens and it put out then you have another one come up. To me, I sometimes feel like I am in a big wind of happenings. I know Gods plan will always prevail and take us where he wants us to be. It the steps that we take that is the hardest sometimes to take. We will always go around the bush and sometimes forget to go through it.

What does the Bible say about life un expectancies?

In James 4:14 it mentions to us how fast life is and how he has us in His hands. “14 whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.”  If you start to have a problem just know it just a minute problem in the big picture of life.

In James 1:2-4 he tells us to:

“Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” I love how he tells us to have joy not to be upset or angry but joy. How many people do you know that have joy when they have trials in their life? I do not know many.

If you do not believe that God is in the center of all situations then you need to read Romans 8:28.  “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” This verse will keep you grounded even when things are not going as we planned them. What are some things that are keeping you up at night? Give them over to Him.

In Conclusion…….

As you go through today, remember that you are the co-pilot and He the pilot. Pray without ceasing and know that he will show you the way.  I continue to pray for you daily and know if you ever need anyone to talk to I am here.

Thank you to everyone continue to fallow me and keep praying for me. I am blessed can truly see his work through me. If you have not read any other blog I will post a link below with past blogs.

Life in the fast lane.

He never left you.

Have a wonderful day and know you are blessed,
